Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how PackTrack ("PackTrack," "we," "us") collects, uses, and protects information when Keystone Club advisors and members use our service. By using PackTrack, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Who we are

PackTrack is a volunteer-hour tracking service for Keystone Club chapters, operated by Koren Armstrong, doing business as PackTrack. If you have questions about this policy or your data, contact us at korenarmstrong669@gmail.com.

2. Information we collect

• Account info: your name, email address, and password. Your password is handled by our authentication provider (Supabase) — we never see or store it in plain text.
• Club activity: the volunteer hours you log (date, hours, activity, notes), your yearly goal, officer title, and approval status.
• Club data: the club(s) you belong to, invite codes, and any branding (logo, color) a club advisor sets.
• Imported history: if your club imports past records from a spreadsheet before you have an account, your name and historical hours may be stored until you claim that history by signing up.
• What we don't collect: PackTrack does not use advertising trackers or analytics pixels, and we do not sell your information to anyone.

3. Who can see your information

• You can always see your own hours and profile.
• Your club's advisors can see every member's hours, profile, and roster within their own club — never members of any other club.
• PackTrack's own platform administrators can access club data when needed for support, billing, or to keep the service working correctly and safely — not for routine browsing.

4. Minors and how accounts are created

Many Keystone Club members are teenagers. PackTrack accounts are created using an invite code that a club's advisor distributes — it is not open public self-signup, and advisors are responsible for distributing access appropriately for their organization and any school or chapter policies that apply to them. PackTrack is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information directly from a child under 13 without appropriate consent from a parent, guardian, or supervising organization.

5. How long we keep information

We keep your information for as long as your account is active. You, your club's advisor, or PackTrack can delete an account at any time, which permanently removes that person's login, profile, and hour history. Club-wide records (like an event you organized) may remain visible to the club but disconnected from your name after your account is deleted.

6. Third parties who help us run PackTrack

We use a small number of service providers to operate PackTrack, each only given the data they need to do their job:

• Supabase — our database, authentication, and file storage.
• Lovable — our application hosting and development platform.
• Resend — delivers email notifications (like announcement emails), when a club turns them on.
• Stripe — processes subscription payments for clubs that upgrade to a paid plan; PackTrack never sees or stores your full card number.

7. Your rights

You can review, correct, or delete your information at any time from within the app (Settings → My account, or Delete my account). If you need help exercising these rights, contact us at korenarmstrong669@gmail.com.

If this policy changes, we'll update the "last updated" date above and post the new version here.
