Terms of Service
Last updated: August 30, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of PackTrack, operated by Koren Armstrong, doing business as PackTrack ("PackTrack," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using PackTrack, you agree to these Terms.
1. What PackTrack is
PackTrack is volunteer-hour tracking software for Keystone Club chapters: members log hours, advisors review and approve them, and clubs manage their own roster, events, and announcements.
PackTrack is an independent, third-party tool built to serve Keystone Club chapters — it is not officially affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Kiwanis International, Boys & Girls Clubs of America, or any local club or chapter of either organization.
2. Accounts and eligibility
- You need a valid invite code from your club's advisor to join an existing club, or you can start a new club and become its first advisor.
- You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for anything that happens under your account.
- Accounts are for the individual named on them — don't share logins or create an account on someone else's behalf without their knowledge.
3. Advisor and club responsibilities
Club advisors act as administrators for their own club. That means an advisor is responsible for who they invite, for approving hours honestly and accurately, and for following any policies their sponsoring organization (school, Boys & Girls Club, Kiwanis chapter, etc.) has around member data and volunteer records. PackTrack is a record-keeping tool — it does not verify that logged hours actually happened; that's on the club's approval process.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use PackTrack for anything illegal, or to harass, impersonate, or harm another person.
- Try to access another club's data, or another member's account, without authorization.
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or overload the service.
- Upload content that's abusive, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate for a teen-oriented service.
5. Subscriptions and billing
Creating a new club requires a payment method and starts a 7-day free trial. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, your card is automatically charged and your subscription begins — you'll pick a plan and see its price before entering payment details, and we never see or store your full card number (charges are processed by a third-party payment provider, Stripe). You can cancel anytime from the Billing page — canceling during the trial means you're never charged; canceling an active subscription keeps your access through the end of the period you've already paid for. We don't offer refunds for partial billing periods.
6. Your content
You keep ownership of the hours, notes, and other content you submit. By using PackTrack, you give us permission to store and display that content back to you and to your club's advisors, solely to operate the service — we don't use it for anything else.
7. Termination
You can delete your own account at any time from Settings. A club's advisor may remove or archive a member. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms. If a club's trial ends without a completed subscription, or a payment later fails, access to the club is paused until the advisor subscribes — your data is always retained, never deleted, for this reason alone.
8. Disclaimers
PackTrack is provided "as is." We work to keep it reliable, but we don't guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted, and we're not responsible for decisions (like award eligibility or scholarship applications) made based on hours logged in the app — always keep your own records for anything important.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, the total liability of Koren Armstrong, doing business as PackTrack, for any claim related to PackTrack is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months, if any. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages. [This clause needs a lawyer's review for your specific state/jurisdiction.]
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as PackTrack grows. We'll update the "last updated" date above when we do, and post the new version here.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
